Before booking

Course prices shown on the website are in Australian dollars. No payment is processed by this static website package. Before a place is booked, URIDA should provide written confirmation of the schedule, delivery format, inclusions, price and cancellation terms.

Cooling-off request

Unless a separate written enrolment agreement says otherwise, a learner may request a refund within 14 calendar days of payment if the course has not started and less than 20% of any digital materials have been accessed.

After the course starts

Refund requests after the course starts are considered case by case, taking into account attendance, materials accessed, third-party costs and any applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Contact us promptly if circumstances affect your participation.

URIDA cancellation

If URIDA cancels or cannot deliver a confirmed program, we will communicate available options, which may include transfer to another date or a refund of the affected course fee.
